One customer invested $5,000 into a company I introduced her to. When it didn’t work out, I gave her access to my $5,000 coaching program to make up for the experience even though the original money wasn’t paid to me.

Another client paid $7,000 for coaching. He got results, but not what he expected. We agreed $2,000 worth of value had been delivered, so I refunded $5,000.

And 1.5 years after a $6000 AI chatbot project didn’t turn out as expected, I reached out to a client who had paid $3,000 upfront and offered to refund the full $3,000 even though he hadn’t asked.
